No Refunds
Refunds are not available for completed tarot readings, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of a reading. Tarot guidance and Astrological Birth Chart readings are interpretive and intended for reflection and personal insight, and results may vary based on individual perspective and circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances where the reading is unable to be delivered the purchased reading within the agreed timeframe stated at the time of purchase.
If such a situation occurs, the client will be notified and offered either:
• A revised delivery timeframe, or
• A full refund
Digital Products
All digital products (including downloadable guides, courses, PDFs, or other digital content) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
