All readings offered through Georgie Sword are personalised, intuitive services created specifically for each client. Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved, all sales are final once a reading has been purchased.
No Refunds
Refunds are not available for completed tarot readings or any Astrological reading booked on this website. Refunds are not available for change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of a reading. Refunds are not available for courses as the materials are available immediately upon purchase.
Tarot guidance and Astrological Birth Chart readings, inclusive of all Astrology based readings on this website are interpretive and intended for reflection and personal insight, and results may vary based on individual perspective and circumstances.
Each 1:1 video call reading is prepared personally for you ahead of time, so I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
- 72+ hours before your session: full refund, or reschedule at no cost.
- Less than 72 hours before: sessions are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to reschedule once, as long as you let me know before your session starts.
- Missed sessions: if you don’t attend or arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session is forfeited.
- If I need to cancel: you’ll receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.

Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances where a reading or report is unable to be delivered within the agreed timeframe stated at the time of purchase.
If such a situation occurs, the client will be notified and offered either:
• A revised delivery timeframe, or
• A full refund
Digital Products
All digital products (including downloadable guides, courses, PDFs, or other digital content) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
