Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy of Georgie Sword’s Readings
All bookings are non-refundable; however, you are welcome to reschedule your session with at least 72 hours notice prior to your appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your session will not be eligible for a refund or transfer, as this time has been specifically reserved for you.
If you are running late, please note that your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other bookings.
In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
